I wasted most of last evening trying to make a very simple attendance chart with Microsoft Excel, Then Open Office to no avail. I hate to read the directions but I must sometimes. This morning I did a Google search for "XLS Attendance chart" and found that some kind sole had posted exactly what I wanted. With just a few changes in the wording I printed it out and it is perfect. This takes me back to 1982 when I was programming with MS Basic. After coding for weeks just to find that someone had already did the same thing only better. Oh well I didn't have much to do last night anyway.
