I just wanted to let the few readers of this blog know how great HP's service is. I had a problem with a HP Compaq notebook that I could not fix myself. I called HP and explained the problem, They told me it was out of warranty but this was a known problem and HP will fix it for free. To make a short story, Fed-X picked it up on Monday afternoon and it was returned Friday afternoon working perfectly. This is why I buy HP computers......... Dude !
