FinallyFast.com is not a good choice for your computer. That is, if you need to use your computer and internet. If, however, you would like a monitor bookend, an odd computer-shaped brick, or something to use as a coaster, that you pay for with your credit card every month, go ahead and purchase FinallyFast.com. Just don't come back here and complain to me when you do. If you have purchased this service and software, I'd recommend uninstalling it immediately, or take your computer to an authorized service agent you can trust and have them clean it up for you.
