Radio Scanner back on

Open Windows Medea Player (to Maximized) Version 7 or higher
On "File" (top left) Click "Open URL"
Copy & paste or type in: http://216.45.171.36:8080
Click "OK"
Look at the bottom left and you should see "buffering"
Then playing 12 K Bits / seconds
Now just wait a few minutes to hear the audio. The
digital audio is warblely by nature.

This is analog and the new 800 Mhz digital coming
from the Versailles Safe-T tower - Ripley County, In.
It will sometimes be off air when I'm using the computer
and off at bedtime. (drives my wife nuts) It has very low
bit rate, so it should work on a dial-up connection OK.
