If you know me well you know I love radio and it is a big part of my life. I am 62 and I have been fasinated sense I was about 6 years old. When 6 I had an all American five in a wood cabinet. It set on a small table next to my bed and played all night with a small speaker that I had wired in. The external speaker was placed under the pillow so only I could hear it. WOWO, WLW, KDKA, WSM, and many others put me to sleep every night. Its to bad that you younger than I missed this world of radio and only watched TV.
